At Pedaltrain, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade pedalboards and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounting hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund or replacement gear will be processed within 5-7 business days.
